on Windows: C:\Users\you\AppData\Local\Escape Motions\Flame Painter 3\Brushes
on MacOS: user/Library/Application Support/Escape Motions/Flame Painter 3/Brushes

Mac OS users
Click "Download" on a brush picture and save it to: "[yourHardDisk]/Users/[userName]/ Library/Flame Painter/Brushes/"
Show User ~/Library in Mac OS X 10.7 & 10.8: Mac OS X Lion & Mountain Lion defaults to hiding the users Library directory,
launch Terminal from Spotlight or Launchpad -> Utilities,
and enter the following command to show or hide the directory: "chflags nohidden ~/Library/"
