Windows 10 Rebelle 3.0.4 ending a session.

Presently the only way to end a session is using File then exit. I can not go up to right hand corner and select X or - or minimize, they are not there nor will they pop up as you approach the area they should be present. I believe they used to be avalible but not sure when they left. All of my other application do no have this problem.

Also, I no longer have the window 10 tool bar at the bottom. I tried locking the tool bar for Win10 but it still will not come up in Rebelle. All other apps do not have this issue.

Please, any suggestions?

Try:   View,  then right at the bottom of the list, unselect the option of :  Enter Full Screen
