Click the Windows home button and search for 'pen and touch'. Go to Flicks tab and disable "Use flicks to perform common actions quickly and easily" option.
If it does not help, go to Pen Options tab and disable "Enable press and hold for right-clicking" (click Press and hold and then choose "Settings").
Also disable "Use Windows Ink" in your tablet properties.
