Rebelle 7 won't load up on my Windows 11 pc anymore

Hello All,
I purchased Rebelle 7 a couple of months ago. I just installed it about a couple of weeks ago. It was working fine for the first few times that I started working in it and all of a sudden one day, I was unable to open up the program. After clicking on the icon, 'Rebelle 7' would show up in the middle of my screen and then on my other screen, it gives the impression that it is about to materialize, but it just sticks right there and never opens up to the program. The screen just turns white and nothing else.
Eventually, I wound up uninstalling and reinstalling. Exact same results. I uninstalled again and installed the earlier 7.0.3 version and still, the exact same thing. So at this point, I don't know what else I could do to try to get this working once again.
Does anyone have any suggestions or know what is going on? I purchased Amberlight 2, Inspirit and Flame Painter as well and Amberlight works just fine (for now). I haven't gotten around to installing the other 2 as of yet.
Any and all assistance with this would be more than appreciated. Thanks!

I started having the exact same problem but on my Mac about a day or two ago, I just contacted the support group for more help. I'm just waiting for their response now as well, hopefully they will find the cause of this soon.

Have you followed these instructions yet?

I'd first try method A. If this doesn't help, follow B for a total reset (uninstall after closing Rebelle), then reinstall.

I emailed Support yesterday and I'm surprised that I haven't received anything back from them yet. I wasn't expecting them to take longer than 24 hours to respond in some way. If I eventually receive some information that helps, I'll make sure to pass it on here.

Unfortunately, (if I'm understanding those directions correctly) I am unable to even start up Rebelle, so I have no way of navigating thru the menus as that post described.
I wound up diving into the 'settings.ini' files in Rebelle 7's Program Files folder on my C drive - There are roughly 57 settings.ini files and none of them appear to be connected to anything relating to 'data'. They all look to be connected to the different functions that are integrated within Rebelle. So at this point I'm just waiting to hear back from Escape Motions. I sent them an email yesterday, so hopefully they'll be able to provide me with a solution to this mess.

My bad, I didn't think of that, sorry. On Windows the Data folder is here:
C:\Users\[USER NAME]\AppData\Local\Escape Motions\Rebelle 7\Data

I received an email a few days ago that had >My Fix< but>
So here's what I did to resolve my issue.
I navigated to the Rebelle 7 folder using this route ->
C: \ Users \ [YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME] \ AppData \ Local \ Escape Motions
and just simply deleted the Rebelle 7 folder inside of the Escape Motions folder. I then attempted to open up Rebelle 7 once more and a popup window opened up which allowed me to plug in my email and password and it then fully opened up as normal.
It's been working like normal since then. Appreciate you reaching out though!

If you haven't found a solution to your issue yet, here's what worked for me yesterday. I'm pretty sure it'll be a lil bit different on a Mac though.
