When I put two colors next to each other for blending, I expect the blended color to be like a real life mix, but that doesn't happen. (F.e. yellow + blue = green ) Am I doing something wrong?

I'm using the dirty brush now to achieve this. Am I supposed to do it like that?

Green is a primary in the computer (RGB). Whereas green is a secondary color in the real world (RYB). The defining characteristic of primary colors is they cannot be mixed from other colors... so the behavior of not mixing to green is predicatable and accurate for a RGB color mixing space.

If you would like green to be a mixable color then what we would need is a RYB painting colorspace in Rebelle. (I would support that request BTW).

Hi Avaha,

we'd like to improve the color mixing in Rebelle in the future, for sure.

Thanks, Jason for your swift answer!

I have sent you a thumbs up, but apparently this platform doesn't recognize it, hence the question marks. :)
