Copy "All" layers

If I have a set of layers with different blending states (normal , multiply, ect) it is impossible to merge these together and maintain the correct colors and opacities. A "Copy Merged" or "Merge a Copy" of existing layers like Photoshop (Cntrl + alt + Shift + e) would be greatly appreciated. currently

Hi @americanbean ,

Thank you for your feedback.
Yes, this is the current behavior. Currently, when merging layers with different blending modes, the resulting layer will default to Normal mode.
While we aim to address this in the future, implementing a solution is more complex than it might seem.

As a workaround, we suggest merging layers that share the same blending mode to maintain consistency in your artwork.

Fully understand. Photoshop has a similar issue (though they have a background, unlike Rebelle.)

Perhaps one future solution is to include "background / paper" pixel values in the "Merge to New Layer", almost like a screen grab. So that the net result is a layer that has not transparent pixel values. Underlaying layers could then be selected and the "background" removed from the newly created layer so that canvas can be displayed again if so desired. For the painter it's really a matter of preserving what we see and using a variety of layers, blend layers and mixed media to achieve a final look.
