Movements in 7.2.7 on some tools or selections to be moved were stuttery. Moving a selection of a small brush stroke item disappeared then reappeared but farther than intended, but right where the pointer was. The movement of a selection in 7.2.6 is smooth as it has always been. Windows 11 64bit.

i have narrowed the issue a little. It only seems to be affecting the moving of a selection. The selection does move eventually,10-15 seconds. Even clicking CANCEL takes awhile before Rebelle comes back from what ever loop it seems to be in and finally cancels.

Now, more testing. This glitchiness is only when I move Rebelle to my second larger screen, not on the smaller laptop screen. It seems to be only the transform tool.
Oh and it occurs with 7.2.6 now anyway. What ever 7.2.7 changes and what ever is NOT changed when installing an earlier version might be where the problem is...

Hi @Richardhaas ,

Thanks for reporting this issue!
Could you please let me know your Visual settings, especially the Diffusion Speed? What value is it set to?

Diffusion Speed is 5, The only setting I ever change regularly is Nanopixel. Despite my other experiments if I draw pencil, watercolor, oil and click the transform tool to scale or move it works the first time great. Then I Click ok. If I transform/move again it is slow and glitchy, no matter which screen, nanopixel on or off. Every once in a while it just clears up for one move then back again. Transform Warp always works fine. The drawing tools seem unaffected most of the time. If I click the mouse repeatedly while Rebelle is stuck I get the Windows message saying Rebelle is not responding... This started after installing 7.2.7 update. I love this progam, any help appreciated.

SOLVED It was the Vertical Sync setting to "ON" Must have hit it by accident. I once started Rebelle and it was in French! An annoying essential tremor...
