Liner Brush

Is there a good liner brush that’s smooth like an oil liner or rigger brush? I probably have to adjust some settings.

I do a lot of pet and animal painting and I need a good brush for doing whiskers and fine hairs.

Also, a good brush for doing a lot of hairs at once, kind of like an old brush with some splayed bristles, would be great.
