Inspirit can’t be opened on macOS because the identity of the developer cannot be confirmed. What can I do?

If you see this message after you run Inspirit, please click OK. Then right-click the Inspirit icon and select Open. The same message will pop up, now with “Open” button at the bottom. Click this button to run Inspirit.

How can I save an image from Inspirit?

You can save your image in PNG file format by clicking "Export Image" button. The image is saved to:
on Windows: C:\Users\[username]\Pictures\Inspirit\Pictures
on macOS: /Users/[username]/Pictures/Inspirit\Pictures

Can I choose where my PNG files from Inspirit are saved?

You can set your custom folder for saving PNGs from Inspirit 1.1 version. After you install this version, it will automatically asks you to select the folder where Inspirit works will be saved.
To change this later, on Windows go to:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Local\Escape Motions\Inspirit\Data
on MacOS: user/Library/Application Support/Escape Motions/Inspirit/Data

and delete settings.xml file, then reopen Inspirit.

What features do you plan to implement in the future updates?

We plan to implement other features to future Inspirit versions including video export, new kaleidoscopic modes, undo & redo, touch support, background image import and more.

Will Inspirit be available on Mac App Store?

We have no plan to release Inspirit for desktop on Mac App Store. Inspirit for iPad and iPhone is available via App Store.

Purchase, Registration & License


My Registration Key does not work.

If the registration key input text box is red - it means that there are more letters, than needed. Please copy & paste your registration details you received as sometimes it happens that users misspell numbers with letters and vice versa when entering the key manually.

Internet connection is required for activation.

Why was my credit card declined?

Unfortunately when the payment processing company declines a transaction on behalf of your bank or card issuer, it does not tell us why.

Your card may have been declined by your bank or card issuer for a variety of reasons; common reasons include:
- Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
- Insufficient funds
- Some banks will reject charges based on their own fraud rules

You will need to contact your bank or card issuer to find out the specific reason your card was declined, since they are the one declining the transaction, and not us.

Solution:
You may re-attempt the transaction or choose “PayPal” Payment method. You don’t need to have a PayPal account - after you click “Checkout with PayPal” method, you will be given a choice to “Pay with a credit or debit card”.

I lost my installation file and Registration Key and... my computer!

- If you lost your installation file, you can download it again from here.
- If you lost your Registration Key, enter your email (Your ID) here, and we will send you the keys.
- If you lost your computer, be happy your family and friends are healthy, it's more important than lost computer. And we can still send you your installation file and Registration Key :).

How many computers can I install a single license of Inspirit on?

You may install Inspirit on multiple computers provided that not more than one of those computers is in use simultaneously and that those computers are solely for your own personal use. Inspirit may be installed on a computer that is for multiple users but it may not be installed on more than one computer regardless of whether those computers are operated simultaneously or not. Users may use the Software for commercial, or for-profit activities as well as for personal, non-commercial, or non-profit activities.

This is the complete license agreement included in a software installation.
