We use FastSpring (www.fastspring.com) commerce platform to process payments. FastSpring is an authorized reseller and merchant of record of Escape Motions software. FastSpring will process some of your personal information only if such processing is based on legal grounds. The purpose of the collection includes complete purchase/sales transactions, customer service issues, legal, and regulatory obligations. FastSpring will store some of your personal information as a reference against your transaction in case we need to process a refund or provide support, and for fraud prevention purposes.
