I just downloaded the Amberlight 2.1.5. I found that everything works on the m1 MacBook air (8-core CPU, 16 GB ram), except for the rendering of videos. Anything kind of exporting of animation has the "Failed to run FFMPEG" error message. Is there any workaround for this? Hello, thank you for contacting us! Where did you download the version from, please? Could you download Amberlight 2.1.5 from your Community account (after you log in, go to "My profile" > "Purchases", then try to export the video from this version? Do you still get the message about the FFmpeg? If it still does not work, please try the following: 1. Right-click Amberlight 2.app 2. Click "Show Package Contents" 3. Go to Contents > MacOS 4. There should be a file called "ffmpeg" - open it Are you able to open it? If not, do you get any error message? If yes, please screenshot and send it over. Looking forward to hearing from you!
