Playing the Record Lapse

Hi, I'm not at all techy so bear with me. Is there a reason why Windows Media Player won't play the time lapse in Rebelle 5 Pro?

I'm working on a Windows Surface Pro

Windows 10

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz 1.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based process

I don't understand about Codecs.

Is there a simple fix?

I just tested the recorded time-lapse in Windows Media Player and it worked for me. Please make sure you have the latest WMP version.
