I have Flame Painter 3 Pro and am trying to register it on my new computer and have failed. I tried to download version 3.3.1 but when I click on the version, there is no download. It does not download. It only highlights. Apparently there was a huge registration problem with earlier versions but I cannot get version 3.3.1 to download. This is one of the worst websites I have ever tried to do busines with.

Finally managed to travel a route to the download. This should be easier to do.

Hi [USER=5686]@JEJEJ[/USER], You can re-download your software or assets anytime from your [url=https://www.escapemotions.com/community/login]Community account[/url] - after you log in, go to your account and click the "Purchases" tab. There is the name of the software and the version's number - click on the name and the download links will roll out underneath. Then click on either Windows or macOS version to download. After you download and install, register the software using your Community account's credentials (Email/Username and Password).

I am having a problem registering my Flame Painter 3 pro. Have downloaded it from my community page and when I try to open it it asks for my email and password but also asks for a registration key which I never got with the new download. I get a message that it cannot connect to the registration.
