[REBELLE 5] Can not connect to the registration server

Hello, My wife would like to try Rebelle 5 (pro version) on her PC, but she has the following message: Can not connect to the registration server Can you help me ? Thank you

Hello [USER=85652]@Gilles57[/USER], Does she have an active internet connection? Please make sure she is connected to the Internet and that the antivirus server & Firewall settings on her PC don't keep the software from connecting to our servers. I'd suggest turning them off at the time of registration or, at least, adding an exception to both for Rebelle. Let me know if any of the above helped, please.

Hello Veronika, Thank you for your answer. Yes, I tried everything... Disable firewall, antivirus. Otherwise his internet connection is working fine. My wife's PC is under Windows 11 and we are connected with the same internet provider. What's weird is that she can't also connect to your website [URL="http://www.escapemotions.com"]www.escapemotions.com[/URL] ("connection failed" message). No problem with the other sites she usually uses. I am under windows 11 with the same internet connection and I have no problem on mn pc. Do you have an idea ? Thank you Gilles

Just thought I'd share how I used the tool because I was getting the below message when running the HTML file: "I had I am sorry, but your licence is invalid. Please, contact [email][email protected][/email] for an assistance." I tried running as administrator, changing to a less complex password, but I think using a different browser to Firefox fixed it, not 100% but things worth trying. All working now - Thanks

Same problem here. Hosts file is empty, internet works (I just downloaded the Rebelle_v5.1.5_Windows_64bit.exe just fine) but for some reason it won't connect to the registration server. ☹️

Hello, I've been having the same problem for days now. I've tried turning off the fire wall and changing connections. I've also checked hosts and there's nothing there.
