[SOLVED] How to do a layer mask?

Hi. Seems like there is no way to do a layer mask like in Photoshop? The feature where you create layer mask and paint with white or black to mask or un-mask the associated layer. I tried this with fluid masking, but seems this applies the mask permanently and does not show/hide the influenced layer's pixels when painting with white/black on the fluid mask layer. Any idea on how to get "layer mask" behavior?

Hi [USER=106542]@genxdad[/USER], Rebelle does not feature the layer masking that Photoshop does. However we would like to implement this in the future. Right now as a workaround, you can cut portions of the image using the selection tool and paste them to separate layers and hide the individual layers.
