Hey guys,

I can't set a transparent background. How does it work?

Its nothing about that topic in the manual.

I use FlamePainter 3.

..so found already the solution!;-))

Open new file and choose Background layer "none".
For me it works best, when I save them as PNG-Files.
So, you may overlay them on an other background..

Greetings, Gorilla

Hi @GuiltyGorilla,

I am glad you found the solution!

It is possible to either set "None" as a background layer when creating a new file (File -> New)

OR

you can hide Layer 1 in layers panel anytime during painting. The Layer 1 serves as a background layer and when hidden, you will get a transparent background.
