Hi, I also want a refund please , this is the second time I have tried it and the first time was never refunded. The progrram still does not work for me sorry but I need the refund asap as it is frustrating not to be able to paint with it. I have described the problem before and not just please refund my purchase. I have a HP still new computer with windows 11 so there is no problem there.
