Inspirit has no menu or controls

Hello, my Inspirit is not working. When I open the software I get what looks like 2 sample project files. There is no menu, no way to resize the window and no way to drag the window down. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software with no benefit. Could you please help me get it to work? Thank you.
