Hello, I'm reinstalling Rebelle 5 on a new laptop and I can't enter my registration data as it says I need to be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet on this laptop and I've checked and am certain that my firewall is not blocking the app. Please see the error message below. Hi [USER=110192]@Silvergrass1402[/USER], Please make sure you are connected to the Internet and that your antivirus server & Firewall settings don't keep the software from connecting to our servers. I'd suggest turning them off for the time of registration or at least, adding an exception to both for Rebelle. Hello, I have checked the hosts file and can confirm your website is not on there. I have also tried to turn off my Firewall and antivirus while logging in and I still get the same message.

Would it be possible for me to get the offline registration tool? I think it will be easier than trying to solve the problem on a brand new laptop.

HI. I have the same problem. I have disabled firewall and checked my internet. Everything should be correct but it still gives me an error connecting to registration server.
