Rebelle 6 (all versions so far) Cursor gets stuck in canvas. Makes ALL the computer unresponsive.

I'm currently on Windows 11, and since I upgraded to Rebelle 6, i have been having an intermittent issue that seems to happen randomly.
It does seem to happen MORE OFTEN when I ALT+ TAB
When this happens I have noticed the following:

The mouse or stylus only work WITHIN the canvas. Drawing with the selected tool works normally.

Clicking Rebelle UI (menus, tools, colors) is unresponsive. The mouse moves but clicks don't interact.

Clicking the Start menu or any other window in the computer is also unresponsive, nothing reacts.

Mousewheel and keys do work, I can alt tab, scroll, and open menus, but I can't click on anything.
I have also found a workaround: When this happens I can press CTRL ALT SUPR > Navigate the Lock menu with the keyboard down to the task manager> open TASK MANAGER.
Without stoping any processes or doing anything else, the cursor becomes responsive again.
However, this is NOT a viable fix for me.
I read in the forums that some older version had a similar issue on MAC computers. But I couldn't find anything about my problem.
Does anyone know any actual way to fix this?
Thank you very much.

Anyone?
Is it just me.
It makes it impossible to work in Rebelle.

Hello @DelCast,
Thank you for your email and feedback and please excuse our late reply as I had to discuss this with the development team.
We are not sure what might be going on. I believe no one has ever reported a similar problem.
What would help us tremendously in determining the cause is if you could run Rebelle again with additional logging enabled and try to reproduce the issue. Here's how:
1. Run Rebelle 6, then go to the Main Menu > Help > Show Library Folder... which opens a file explorer window. Go inside the 'Log' folder there.
2. Close Rebelle, but keep the file explorer window open.
3. Now, run Rebelle 6 with the 'run_log_tablet.bat' file included in your Rebelle 6 installation. It should be in 'C:\Program Files\Rebelle 6\run_log_tablet.bat'. For this session, Rebelle will log all tablet events.
4. Reproduce the issue and show what is not working. Then open Task Manager to make the events work again and then click back to Rebelle (so it starts working again).
5. Then close Rebelle. A new file is stored in the "Log" folder.
6. In the file explorer window, please zip the Log folder to a .zip file and send it to us.
It would be also very helpful if you start recording a screencasting video from the beginning so we can match the timestamps in the log file with what's going on in Rebelle.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I gotta say. I think this has happened to me a few times.the last time was a couple days ago...windows 10. Latestest version of rebelle. 1.3.?? Pro cursor gets stuck in canvas and will no longer go to tools or reference image etc. or anywhere else. As if it gets stuck at the edge. Don't remember how I resolved it.

Hey, hello veronica.
I sent over that data to the support email.
Hope it helps.
Thank you for looking into the issue.
And yeah desotopete, sometimes it does seem to UNLOCK when I swap tools and play around for a moment with the UI and what not, but most of the time I need to do that long LOCK screen workaround.
