How do I create a selection from a layer?

What I want to do is paint in the area marked with black (So I paint only in the character), which I marked with Clip Studio with the option "Create selection from Layer". Importing psd files from CSP to Rebele works pretty bad, it doesn't detect masks. I tried to use the options in this tutorial [URL]https://www.escapemotions.com/blog/how-to-trace-colors-in-rebelle[/URL] . To my surprise, Reblle 6 Pro isn't showing me the dot icon for "influenced" layers. Tried to copy/pasting layer masks, it does nothing. Clipping masks aren't of use here, because they only appear in visible layers, and of course I don't want a visible black layer covering my pic. [img]https://i.imgur.com/rrkQNHR.png[/img]
