Issue with using color picker(alt hold) turning into move tool when touching tablet still in 7.0.5

I have reported this in the beta and it is still present. When I use alt to temporarily switch to the color picker it turns into the move tool when the tablet is touched. if I move the pen it will demaximize the entire window and move it. It also sometimes gets stuck on the move tool and I have to let go of the alt key then press it againthe alt to be able to switch back to another tool. The issue only happens when using "alt" hold. If I switch to the eye dropper tool using the keyboard shortcut it works as it should.
I have figured out that it's only when the wacom driver(which is the tablet I am using) is selected. Currently if I switch to the windows ink driver the problem completely disappears. I have also looked at Rebelle 6 Pro, and apperently the same problem is there also. The reason I had not noticed was that for some reason it was set to use the windows ink driver instead of the wacom driver. When I set Rebelle 6 pro to use the wacom driver the same issue occurs.
Rebelle 7 Pro 7.0.5 and all previous versions including Rebelle 6 Pro
Windows 10
Wacom driver 6.3.46-1 which it says it up to date

Hi, @raytan73,
This seems like a wacom driver "feature". Demaximizing the main window happens normally when you drag the window's title bar. We didn't implement any other window moving behaviour in Rebelle, so I would guess that your Wacom driver listens for the Alt key which activates some kind of a "Move Window" action.
Could you please check your Wacom driver settings if you can spot anything suspicious there?
Does the Alt + pen dragging move the window only in Rebelle or also in other applications?

Yes, I just tested in Clip Studio and the same thing happens now. It did not happen before with same Wacom driver version. I had also used the same Wacom driver when Rebelle 6 Pro first came out and did not have this issue, but since testing it recently it now has the same issue, so it might be something that Windows changed with one of there updates. I know am also have some other issues with shortcuts with other programs recently. I checked through the Wacom settings and saw nothing usual. I also tested using hoverclick and clicktap plus keyboard alt hold with the same result. It also happens when I use my keyboard (alt hold) and trackball which also leads me to believe it is not the Wacom driver.
Since I don't see a lot of other people having this issue, another other possiblity is that I had previously installed Microsoft Powertoys, but removed almost immediately it since I had conflicting shortcuts with another program. It is no longer installed but I think it might have been just after that I had all of the keyboard shortcut issues, not sure. If that is the case could you recommend any solutions, the program is no longer installed?

Also forgot to mention I am not dragging it from the title bar, it is happening it the middle of the canvas. It is also happening in Krita so I am assuming all programs.

I just tested it, it happens in every program, even non art programs and using keyboard and trackball.

I just deleted the "alt" shortcut under eye dropper (hold), and use just another key instead and it works fine. For some reason I never thought of doing that before now.

You can consider this closed, as least for me.
