Only able to open one panel at a time

                    I'm using Rebelle 7 pro v. 7.1.4. I wanted to use the stencil panel but when I open it using the 'Window' menu it removes every other panel so the stencil panel is the only one I see. The same thing happenes with every other panel under the menu: when I open it every other panel disappears. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong
