Problems saving jpg/png

Hi, 

I ask for your help in resolving some problems encountered in the last week.
I can no longer save files in png and jpg format without the canvas, an action I have always done until now.
The program saves me black images.

Also, when switching from a working file to a jpg or png file, the image often starts to grainy, making it impossible for me to use the file in the program I use to section fill areas. I don't understand why this happens sometimes yes and sometimes no.
