Hi,

I've been having a more in-depth look at watercolour painting, and a book I have describes the technique of 'etching.'

I've also seen it called 'engraving.'

Basically, while your watercolour is still wet, you use a thin rigid item such as the end of your brush habdle, or a fingernail, or a knitting needle, etc to draw onto the paper.

This creates an indentation where the paint gathers, creating a more intense line of the same colour paint that surrounds it.

i was wondering if anyone has tried or managed to replicate this effect in Rebelle?

Cheers, Derek

Hi

unsure if this will be helpful in your case
but how about to try the SVG-Path Feature

the SVG-Path Feature works also with
the Eraser Brush and with Liquid and
Smudge brushes
