Hi i've been using rebelle 7 pro to do some art and noticed that sometimes pen pressure seems to cut out randomly at time. I am using a wacom movink and a 14 inch macbook prom m3 on Macos Sonoma 14.6.1(23G93) I have tried Restarting my computer as well as deleting and reinstalling both wacom drivers and rebelle7 pro.

Hi Ryan50,
Thank you for your feedback!
We are not sure why this is happening. We'd need a log for further analysis:
Just open Rebelle, and reproduce the issue.
Go to the menu: Help > Show Library folder > Data > Log.
Close Rebelle.
From the Log folder, send us the app.log file with the correct timestamp to

Thanks in advance!

This has happened to me as well, I can also add some additional info: it appears that it happens especially often when rebelle is not the active application, like if I have tabbed out or clicked on some other program and then return to rebelle. Tilt and other pen information is also lost during this time, so it seems like in these scenarios the pen is only retaining basic mouse functionality.

Hi Ryan50,
Thanks for sending the files over! Our development team checked the files and decided we needed further logs, especially the tablet logs. I sent instructions via email.
Frisia - I'll send the instructions to you too!

Thank you also noticed that it tends to happen when I click on another tab or program then switch back to escape motions

Any solution to this? I'm still experiencing the same issue with Rebelle 7 in April 2025. Happens when I click out of Rebelle to another app i.e. Chrome browser and going back to Rebelle. I'm using the pencils. All pressure and angle sensitivity lost. Need to restart Rebelle completely each time to resolve. On MacOS 15.3.2 (24D81), Apple M1 Pro. Rebelle is on an external display. Wacom Intuos 5 is mapped to the external display only. Using trackpad to navigate to the built-in Mac display.
This bug is really destroying the workflow

Hi Philipp,
We suspect this is a system issue. Are you experiencing the same issue with any other software?
What about in Krita?
One workaround to try is when you lose the pen pressure after coming back to Rebelle, touch the trackpad, then try to paint with the stylus again.
Do you regain the pressure sensitivity?

Hi all, I'm also experiencing the same issue.
I'm using XP-Pen Deco Pro 3 and the stylus loses All pressure and angle sensitivity when Cmd tabbing out and back to Rebelle. I have found if I use the right or left click on the pen when back in Rebelle the pressure & angle comes back.
Not experiencing this in Clip paint or other apps.
Hope this might assist others, it's annoying but not as bad as others are experiencing.
Also using M3 Macbook Pro, OSX 15.4.1

Has anyone tried restarting the Wacom driver on the Mac. I have an Intuos Pro PTH-460 non screen Wacom tablet. It stops working when I SLEEP the Mac Airbook M4 and come back (Rebelle left open). I had a chat with Wacom support and they said there is a bug and recommended the following work around.
The work around is to open the Wacom Center application, then click on the gear icon (top right) in that dialog look for the restart driver button and click it. So far this has worked. They also mentioned that if I turn off the intuos tablet before sleeping the computer it should not need the work around. I realize that there may be differences since It’s a different tablet connected via Bluetooth.
I am interested in getting the Movink and I am curious how well it works with Rebelle 7 and now 8.
Thank you very much
