Turn off Impasto on a specific layer

I have a painting with heavy impasto oil paints.

I want to add a layer on top of these layers and selectively block the impasto for this layer?

What I have done so far is to mask or erase  the underlying layers. This works but I am wondering if I can switch impasto OFF on a specific layer.

Hi Carlos,

The impasto setting is global in Rebelle at the moment, it is not possible to turn it off for specific layers only.

We would like to make this possible in the future.
