Timelapse not working - new user.

                    Recently purcahsed 7 pro and can't get timelapse to work.

No matter what my recording settings are or how long I doodle to test reb seems to always save a blank (black) mp4 video that's only miliseconds long that shows nothing that I'm creating.

Any help would be appreciated.

We will look into it.

Also try to use a different media player - how is VLC or QuickTime Player working?
