Pen Tilt Rotation Issue in Rebelle 8

Dear Support Team, First of all, thank you very much for developing Rebelle 8. I truly appreciate the many improvements and new features introduced in this version. However, although I purchased Rebelle 8 during Early Access, I have still been unable to fully transition to it and continue using Rebelle 7 for my daily work. Today, I tried to carefully investigate why, and I discovered what appears to be a critical issue with the Pen Tilt behavior (or at least a fundamental change in the algorithm compared to Rebelle 7). I primarily rely on a single brush: Express Oils → Knife Dry2, used together with Pen Tilt Rotation. This brush has a very specific characteristic — one side produces a hard edge while the other side remains soft. This asymmetry allows me to precisely control the edges of my strokes, similar to how, on a real canvas, a painter uses the angle and direction of a physical brush or knife to control edge sharpness and paint distribution. By adjusting the tilt direction, I can intentionally determine which side of the stroke remains sharp and which side diffuses softly. This directional control is essential to my workflow. In Rebelle 8, the tilt behavior appears inconsistent and illogical, which makes this brush unusable for me. In Rebelle 7, when I tilt the pen:

The hard edge of the brush always appears on the side away from the pen tip.
The soft edge always appears on the side closer to the pen tip.
This logic holds consistently in all four directions.
In Rebelle 8:

This logic does not remain consistent in horizontal and vertical orientations, one always appears reversed.
Even when I change the brush tip angle in the settings, the underlying tilt logic does not correct itself.
I have included demonstration images below showing the pen tilt orientation and the resulting brush strokes/Har&Soft edges for reference. My hardware setup:

Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 (DTH271)
Wacom Pro Pen 3
Could you please advise whether this is a known issue, a change in the tilt algorithm, or if there is a way to restore the Rebelle 7 behavior? This functionality is essential to my workflow, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to resolve it. Thank you very much for your time and support. ? Hello, please check what mode you have selected in your Tablet Options in preferences (Wintab/ Ink...). I expect you'll find out that Windows Ink compatible is selected. In this mode most wacom devices have inverted tilt values so you need to check "Invert pen tilt" option for it to work correctly. Alternatively you can also select wintab or windows pointer device. Note that if there is an issue with Wacom driver it sometimes fails to initialize correctly and Rebelle switches to Windows Ink.
