Rebelle 8 brushes download as PSD

So, this is a new issue for me - when I download brushes for rebelle, they download with the Photoshop Icon and Rebelle won't recognize them. They are a PNG, but they download for Photoshop, . I know this is probably a simple issue but it's a new one to me... Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Thanks [/QUOTE] if you right click them and go to open with do you see them trying to open with photoshop? it may just be an issue with file association. and are you able to import them into rebelle or do they not work?

Figured a workaround but it's still wierd... Somehow windows 11 decided that PS should open all PNG files, and I can't change that. I guess it's not that important as I can get my rebelle brushes to load now but it bugs me when I can't "tame" my computer... :(

I guess it's not that important as I can get my rebelle brushes to load now but it bugs me when I can't "tame" my computer... :( [/QUOTE] you can change it. go to start and type settings. in settings at the top type default. click default apps. in the box below that type .png and click that in the list when it shows. then below that click where it shows pngs and it will bring up a window that says set default app for .png files. click an app there or browse and find one then hit set default. let me know how it works for you ❤️ [ATTACH type="full"]2989[/ATTACH]
