Contest DTIYS and Art Poisoning

Hey, I want to participate in the current art challenge DTIYS, but I hasitate to post on Instagram for their AI policy of using every post on their training data. So is it ok to poison the artwork or will that be flagged as AI generated image? I'm not quite sure how that poisoning process works, but I'd like to be sure not to get banned from the contest because of it. What do you think, Escape Motions? Many thanks in advance
