Hello! Please add a feature (especially in the Latest Posts section), to select multiple posts and mark them as "Read" without opening them --- something like an email client does. I would like to ignore posts on MotionIO, Linux and a few others such as multiple posts on the same issue. Having an ability to select and mark such posts as "Read" without opening them will significantly improve the forum experience. Currently I have to open and close such threads so that they are marked as "read" and only then do they disappear from the new posts lists. On a related note, please add a filter to ignore products and threads such as Motion IO, Linux, products other than Rebelle, so that these do not show up in the Latest Posts. Thanks!

Hi [USER=189241]@Atmaram[/USER] , Thanks for your idea! To "ignore" some posts, this is already possible in the Latest posts section, where you can filter out what you want to see there. If you select Watched content, you will only see the threads/forums you watch: [ATTACH type="full"]3042[/ATTACH] You can save this setting as default. Do not forget to click the Filter button to confirm. For this, you would need to watch the forums/threads you want to see in the Latests post section first.

Hi @Veronika EM , Thank you for your quick reply. I'm aware of the Filters, and do use them to show the Unread threads (the default in Latest Posts). However, these filters do not have the option to ignore certain threads. "Watched Threads" show only the threads I'm interested in (and hence watching). I'm requesting the opposite. My request is to : [LIST=1] [*]Mark certain threads as having been "Read" (opposite of "Unread") during the active session of having logged-in in the forums, so that these threads need not be opened at all. Else they continue to get displayed in the Latest Posts as "Unread" due to that filter being set. For example, in a particular session of my forum login, I would like to mark following topics as "Read" without opening them .... two topics about "export height/depth map" and 3 topics about "Huion pen" "Register Rebelle" etc. ... because they are not relevant to me. [*]Mark certain threads, or even products, as "Ignore" so that any conversions/topics/threads that occur under those products are not displayed at all when the Latest Posts are seen. (this is not the same as Watch or Unwatch). For example, I would like to ignore all topics under Rebelle\Motion IO. I would like to ignore the thread "Rebelle 7 on Linux" so that these threads do not show up at all in the Latests Posts. Like Bookmarks and Watched threads, this list could grow over time. For a thread, this could be an option along with "Jump to New" and "Watch thread" when a thread is opened. This would move the thread to the "Ignore" threads bucket. For a product or a forum section, it would need to have a top level selection in Filters to display threads only from selected products. I have posted a related request earlier.
