Anyone here who ones a Huion kamvas 27 or the latest Wacom 27 inch screens ? Which one to buy ? I own a Wacom 27QHD but due to no support from Wacom { old model} I'am forced to look for a new one. But which one ??? If someone could advice the pro or cons, that would be very helpfull. Regards Waterhorse / Carla

Regards Waterhorse / Carla [/QUOTE] i have a huion kamvas pro 27. the 60hz version not the 144. ive had wacom in the past and i did not like that their drivers would not let me disable the touch option. it constantly turned itself on and i told them about it. they suggested updating. i did and it still didnt work. so i decided to try huion. ive been speaking with huion about an issue with their display port not showing a signal. but hdmi does work as intended. i just would not count on display port to work.

[/QUOTE] Thank you #cheriekitten I just watched a bunch of youtube video's. Seems that Huion - 144 is a good replacement. The price of a Wacom is becoming more of an investment and only for the big studios. I'am just on my own. Seems though that the Wacom ergo stand is useable for the Huion also.. mentioned on one of the youtube video's. I owned my Wacom for more than 9 years and never had any problems with it...Thank you for your reply !

[/QUOTE] youre welcome, yeah its just a standard vesa mount. so you dont have to use their stuff just any vesa mount arm works. i personally cant justify the price for 144hz. i dont see a reason for it when drawing on the tablet. ❤️

Found it !! If someone has the [B]older [/B]Wacom machines that no longer has new updates, try to update the latest and last driver update. Step 1: Finding the hidden list on the Wacom site. Open your internet browser and go to the Wacom Drivers Page. Do not type your product name directly into the search bar (because the site will force you to the latest driver). Scroll down slightly to the large blue download button for driver 6.4.13-4. Just below or next to that large download button is a smaller text link: "Older versions" or "Older versions". Click here. A list of periodic updates has now been generated. Look for Driver 6.4.10-3 (or 6.4.9-2) in the list. Download that specific .exe file. Step 2: Force the current driver to disappear. Windows sometimes retains remnants of the faulty driver (6.4.13-4). Disconnect the USB cable from the Cintiq. In Windows, go to Settings -> Apps -> Installed apps. Remove Wacom Tablet. Crucial: Now manually restart the computer. Step 3: Install the downloaded old driver. Open the file of version 6.4.10-3 that you just downloaded. Follow the installation steps and restart the computer one more time. Reconnect the USB cable from the Cintiq. Restart. Calibration for the [B]older[/B] Wacom models. Because Wacom also disconnected the calibration option. Try... The Windows route (Bypassing Wacom) Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type: Control Panel and press Enter. In the top right, under View by, click Large icons. In the list, look for Tablet PC Settings and click on it. A small new window will open. First, click the Setup button at the very top. Note: Your screens will now turn white and text will appear. Once the text is on your normal monitor, press Enter on your keyboard until the text appears on your Wacom 27QHD or older models As soon as the text appears on the Wacom, tap the screen with your pen. Windows now knows that this is your drawing screen. Now, in that same window, click the Calibrate button. Choose Pen input. Crosses will now appear in the corners of your Wacom screen. Tap the center of your new pen exactly on the middle of each cross. Click Save/OK when finished. Hope it helps ! Thanks Wacom..?
