Rebelle 7 Motion IO

Hi, I am an admin at a school. We are running Rebelle 7 Pro licenses with Floating licenses. I have a couple of users that would like to use Motion IO. I was able to test it on a couple of comptuers but it now isn't grabbing licenses. I've treated it the same as Rebelle 7 by creating a .args file and tried just creating a bash/bat file to run the executable with the floating license arguments but it's not checking out a license. Is Motion IO not by the floating license? What is my alternative here?

Hi @lichieleech, Motion IO should work with the Floating License Server (FLS) properly. When you run cmd.exe and there:
"c:\Program Files\Rebelle 7 Motion IO\Rebelle 7 Motion IO.exe" -floating-license-server 1.2.3.4:8264
where "1.2.3.4" is the IP address on your network where the FLS is running, what does it do? Could you please share a screenshot or console output?

Thanks for those screenshots. It seems that Motion IO connects to the floating server correctly, there's just some issue with the license obtained from it. Could you please send us the full log shown in the floating server's main window after Motion IO is rejected? Please send it to [email protected] Also, which version of the floating server do you use?
