Color Panel Display Issue and Touch Input Issues

About one month ago, I reset Windows 10 and installed Windows 11. Recently, I replaced one of my monitors and am currently using the following multi-monitor setup:

Monitor 2 (main monitor): 24-inch, 1920×1080px
Monitor 1: 27-inch, 3840×2160px (Display scaling: 150%)
Monitor 3: 13-inch, 2560×1440px (Display scaling: 100%, Wacom MobileStudio)
Every time I launch Rebelle, the size of the Color panel placed on Monitor 2 increases unexpectedly. If I close Rebelle without manually resizing the panel, the Color panel becomes larger every time I restart Rebelle. Additionally, a previous issue with touch input on the Wacom MobileStudio screen still occurs. When I use touch input on the MobileStudio display, the Mixing Palette located on another monitor moves or zooms in and out, while the canvas itself does not move. If I close the Mixing Palette or reduce its size, canvas navigation using touch input becomes possible, but the response is still not normal. The touch response issue on the Mixing Palette seems to be a separate problem. However, I suspect that the Color panel issue and the canvas navigation issue may be related to Monitor 2 being the only display using 150% scaling. After changing Monitor 2 scaling to 100%, the Color panel no longer grows in size, and there are also no problems with navigating the canvas using touch input. I installed Rebelle version 8.3 today. An additional issue with touch input is that, even while pen input is detected and palm rejection should be preventing finger touch input, finger touch input incorrectly operates the Mixing Palette or Preview panel placed on a completely different monitor (Monitor 1, the 27-inch monitor), causing panning or zooming to occur on those panels. The malfunction is so severe that, although I understand the convenience of canvas navigation using touch input, I always have to disable touch input in the Wacom settings and use the tablet with touch input turned off.

Hello, did those issues appear also on Windows 10? We will look into the issue with the Color panel resizing. Regarding your second issue with touch input affecting other panels, could you please create a log with tablet events while reproducing it? The instructions are here: https://www.escapemotions.com/community/forum/t/41810/issues-with-graphics-tablet/ If it's convenient, one log with the mixed scaling setup (where the problem occurs) and one with all monitors at 100% (where it doesn't) would be ideal.
I think the instructions on how to locate the log files in the link need to be updated. I ran the program several times because no new log files were being created in the folder path mentioned in the instructions. Could it be that, in the recent version, the Windows OS has been changed so that the log files are now created in the Log folder located at AppData\Local\escape Motions?

The 8.3.3 release notes mention that the keyboard shortcuts for increasing and decreasing Hue, Saturation, and Lightness have been fixed. However, the same problem still occurs for me in version 8.3.3. I have uploaded a video demonstrating the issue to my blog at the link below. It seems that the Color panel resizing issue has been resolved. However, the touch input issue in a multi-monitor environment still does not appear to have been fixed.
