Intuos Pro PTH-660 touch input issue

Intuos Pro PTH-660 touch input issue The tablet's touch switch is enabled, but I have disabled most touch gestures in Wacom Center that interfere with drawing, including the two-finger pinch-to-zoom gesture. However, in Rebelle 8.3.3, pinch-to-zoom and canvas rotation are occasionally triggered by touch input anyway. Compatibility between the tablet device and touch input appears to be quite poor. What is even more problematic is that this can happen while I am moving the mouse cursor on Monitor 1 with the pen hovering over the tablet. The touch input is then registered on Monitor 3, where Rebelle's main window is located, causing the canvas to move around unexpectedly.

When this issue occurs, the Space key also stops working in Rebelle. I have to move the canvas once using a shortcut such as Ctrl+0 to recover from this abnormal state.

In some cases, Ctrl+0 does not resolve the issue. When the problem occurs, pressing either the + or - key causes the canvas to keep zooming in, regardless of which key I press. The issue was resolved after I enabled touch input on the pen display I was using at the time (MobileStudio Pro 2nd Gen, connected to the PC) and performed a touch gesture on its screen.

Honestly, when using Rebelle "touch" is disabled on my PTH 660 (Mac) and can be deactivated in the Preferences. This makes life so much easier.
Honestly, when using Rebelle "touch" is disabled on my PTH 660 (Mac) and can be deactivated in the Preferences. This makes life so much easier.
I also normally keep touch input disabled while working. However, there is an issue with my PTH-660, and recently the problem has become worse. Even when touch is switched off, it repeatedly and rapidly displays the “Touch: On/Off” notification on the screen, which is extremely distracting. So I have no choice but to leave the physical touch switch turned on, since this problem does not occur in that state, and instead disable all touch gestures through Wacom Center. Because of this, I have been using the tablet with the physical touch switch turned on, and that is why I encountered this particular issue for the first time.

I forgot to mention that I also deactivated the the switch on the PTH 660. So I ended up with the tripple solution: 1. Switch on the 660 (off) 2. Deactivated in Wacom Center - Systemwide 3. Deactivated in Rebelle's Preferences I'm using the latest Wacom driver on the actual latest macOS Tahoe 26.6.2.
I use a Windows PC, and the Touch On/Off issue I am experiencing with my PTH-660 is not something that can be resolved through the physical switch, Wacom Center, or Wacom Tablet Properties. When I leave the physical touch switch turned off, the “Touch: On/Off” notification repeatedly and extremely rapidly pops up on the screen, even though the switch is off. Wacom Korea customer support has told me several times that the switch appears to be faulty and that I should send the tablet in for repair, but I am still using it as it is. Therefore, I am forced to keep the physical touch switch turned on, since the problem does not occur in that state. Instead, I have disabled all touch gestures in Wacom Center, including those that interfere with drawing. This is why I am using the tablet with the physical touch switch turned on, and why I encountered the touch-input issue described above for the first time.
Wacom has already removed touch functionality from the new 2025 Intuos Pro models, so there is no longer any reason for them to address issues related to conflicts between the built-in battery and touch input. I was also told by Wacom that if I send my discontinued PTH-660 in for repair, the repair process would be handled by replacing it with a newer model. Given that the touch functionality on the Intuos Pro was generally regarded as having poor sensitivity and usability, many users simply treated it as a feature that was better left disabled. Now that touch has been removed from the new models altogether, I don't expect Wacom to take any active measures to address these issues on the older models anymore. And this troublesome touch functionality seems to cause particularly frequent problems in Rebelle. There are issues that I have experienced with Rebelle that I have never encountered when using Clip Studio Paint.
thats crazy. seems like theyre trying to brush it under the rug and ignore the problem rather than fix it. mine was a cintiq and still had the issue. for sure it can be rebelle specific too but wacom definitely knows they have a touch input issue and seems to want to ignore it. ive never had this issue on my huion pro 27 because it has a physical switch that i never switch on. plus the driver software is much better than wacom. huions issue is their connectivity the audio from the tablet is filled with static and cant be used. the display port cant pick up a signal so far so i just use the hdmi. got a converter cable on amazon and that fixed the issue of my gpu only having 1 hdmi which was in use by my tv.

I'm using the wacom 660 and have none of these issues with touch.
