                    Do I need to deactivate on my old computer before I install on my new computer?

if you are not going to use Flame Painter on your old computer anymore, I'd suggest you deactivate and remove it.
Run the uninstaller.exe, then delete Flame Painter 4 folder from:

[i]C:\Users\[YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Escape Motions[/i]
