thank you for purchasing the Particle systems bundle!
Both Flame Painter 4 and the bundle are registered under the same email address so everything should be working for you.
Please restart Flame Painter 4 and check once again if they are still in preview mode?
An active internet connection is required so that the server can check the license and unblock the preview mode.
