Greetings, I purchased Rebelle 4 days ago and Veronika has been trying to help figure out why I am not getting a confirmation email on my aol email to allow me to access the program. I was able to create a new user using a Gmail account and got the confirmation email right away. But I still can't access the program since it is registered to the aol email account. I'm wondering if you could refund my purchase so that I can repurchase it under this (working) email. I'm not sure what is a reasonable time to wait (being a new customer and all) for a resolution and I wish to remain patient but I also hope for a resolution fairly quickly :D Thank you to Veronika for pleasant emails even though the presented solutions didn't work :D
