Playing with clouds

Hi all,

Here's a little sketch I made while playing with watercolors in Rebelle 2. The sky is all Rebelle, but the trees were painted in Autodesk Sketchbook.

It was quite fun pushing the clouds around on the wet canvas. I want to try doing some stormier skies next. Haven't been able to afford the 2 > 3 upgrade yet due to the pandemic, but hopefully next year will be better. Thanks for looking!

what brushes did you use?

unfortunately, it's been long enough that I don't remember the specific brush presets. I know that I used the guache brushes on a pre-wetted canvas, and then used the smudge tool (the preset that has bristles) to push the edges of the clouds around a bit. Sorry I can't be more specific. Next time I paint some clouds I'll try to record a time-lapse.
