drag and drop layers bug

                    Is there a way to drag and drop a layer in Rebelle 3 (to re-order layers)? when I try, the layer get stuck to the cursor (I can drag it), but I can't drop it and I have to restart Rebelle to be able to continue to work.

                    mmh, I just retried and it works now... not sure what caused the issue on a few occasions.
