Halloween Artwork Contest: Time to Get Spooky

A- | A+

It’s the spooky season at the high! We are excited to announce the Escape Motions Halloween Artwork Contest and see your horrifying, spine-chilling, bloodcurdling art! Enter for a chance to win a $200 Amazon gift card and $200 credit at Escape Motions shop. Our Gallery is more than ready for your hauntingly good works full of monsters, ghosts, spider webs, witches, wizards, black cats, and all the creative magic.

How to enter the Contest

Publish artwork fully or partially created in Rebelle, Flame Painter, Amberlight or Inspirit software to the Escape Motions Community gallery with a description and the hashtag:

#SpookyTime

The topic of the contest is Halloween. Include one or more elements typical for this time of the year, inspired by scary stories, witchcraft, superstitions...just make sure the art captures the spirit of the Halloween season. Each entrant may publish a maximum of four (4) artworks to the contest. The entry may be a painting, an illustration, a photo manipulation or an abstract composition. Your imagination is the only limit here. Using third-party software is allowed but the use of our software must be obvious in the final image.

You can submit your entries in the following ways:

- Publish directly from the software and add a tag #SpookyTime, or
- Upload your artwork from your Community account and add a tag #SpookyTime

Uploading artworks to Contest Gallery

You can start uploading your entries from today, October 14th, 2020 (contest starts). We will accept all entries submitted by October 28th, 2020 23:59 GMT (contest ends). We will announce the winners on the day of Halloween, October 31st, 2020.

To publish your entry from Rebelle, Flame Painter or Amberlight software, go from the menu File or Community > Publish. Set Picture name, Description add #SpookyTime hashtag to Tags and click the “Publish” button.

It is not possible to publish directly from Inspirit. In order to enter the contest with Inspirit work, the entrants need to upload it directly through their Community account and add the #SpookyTime hashtag to Tags.

Only new artworks can enter the contest. Artworks that have already been published in the Community Gallery before the contest starts will not be able to join.

Judging

Three winners will be selected internally by us in the Escape Motions team. We will judge all submitted art pieces based on quality, personality, originality, and spookiness, of course.
