Halloween Artwork Contest Vol. II: The Winners

A- | A+

We are excited to announce the winners of our second Halloween Artwork Contest.  More than 200 artists created magical, festive, and spooky artworks and joined the contest. Thank you for making this season spooky!

Over the course of 10 days, we received more than 200 entries in our Gallery and 50 on Instagram. The creativity and originality of the spooky entries made the decision-making quite a difficult task. Therefore, in addition to 4 winners who will be contacted via email and receive prizes, we chose a number of great artworks as honorable mentions.

The Winners

1st Place: Fun Ends by Sanskarans
Yes, it is the season endorsed for monsters, creatures, ghouls, ghosts, spider webs, witches, wizards and black cats to exuberate. But, what about the demented 'clown ' that hides in the shadows and awaits you, to give you the intense fright that you never wished for? It is where the "Fun ends" Stay scared ;) Painting is completely done in Rebelle 5 Pro Express Oils.

3rd Place: Help Yourself by Raytan73
Halloween is my favorite holiday. It's not just fun for children but is also an excuse for adults to bring there an inner child out to play. I love the people that go way above and beyond in their house displays or costumes. Media: Mainly oils, with some pastel and airbrush.
Prize: $100 USD Amazon eGift card and $100 USD credit at Escape Motions shop

The Clearing by MrDoodlezz
There is a clearing near the spruce forest. — At certain times in the early evening, when autumn approaches, so they say, you can make out a veiled apparition behind the rose hips that are silently watching you while the frost-boding mist caresses your legs and leaves you with goose bumps. — Painted in Rebelle 5 Pro with pencils for sketching, watercolours for large textured areas, gouache for the details like highlights, shadows and a bit of fountain pen for branches.

Instagram Winner: Entry by Frank Latorre
And the long-awaited night arrived, and we all went in disguise, when we arrived we could hear screams inside, apparently, the party was already at its best, when we entered nobody received us and when we saw all those people dressed as zombies, they seemed still real, what great costumes! Suddenly they all stared at us and walked towards where we were, I told them now, guys, don't joke, so come on, tell me who you are, why are you grabbing my arm, hey, what are you doing, nooooo!!!!
