I love painting in rebelle 3 and I often face this problem with my drawing tablet when selecting quickly tools. There is this text bubble that shows up instantly to tell me what is the tool I hover the mouse pointer over and very often it places itself over the tool so I end up clicking on it instead of selecting the tool. It gets confusing when I do my work fast so id like to request making that text bubble show up a little later or simply not block me from selecting the tools I want or have perhaps the text bubble always pinned above the tool instead of covering it... With the mouse its not a problem, just with the tablet pen
