A Preference to Choose White Font & Symbols Throughout

Personally speaking, aging/compromised eyesight requires a greater font/symbol contrast on black/gray backgrounds. The blue on black for the panels is not optimal. The current use for tool symbols as white on black is optimal. The Corel Painter 2019 interface "Dark Grey" selection is a good example of optimal contrast using white on black and black on white. Painter 2019 offers a choice of interfce schemes as a preference to accomodate a users preference.
