Transform a selection over multiple layers at once?

Hope this is the right place to ask.

- Rebelle is able to apply the transform tool to multiple layers at the same time, when I shift-select those layers.

- Also, I can apply the transform tool to just a selected portion of one layer.

But, I couldn't find a way to transform a selected region in multiple layers at the same time (Rebelle 7.1.4). Is that possible?
