Ability to Lock Stencils

The new Stencil UI in 7.1 is much improved.

When zoomed in and painting with a stencil it is easy to accidentally move the stencil when trying to move the canvas (right click muscle memory).

Could we have a "Lock Stencil Position" icon - either as a fifth icon on the wheel, or as an option in the drop down menu?

While locked - It should still be possible to show / hide, but not possible to move, rotate or delete.

When locked, right click should move canvas not stencil

Lock option is already there under the menu:

Right under the "Lock Aspect Ratio".

When "Lock" is enabled, it is not possible to move the stencil, scale nor rotate.

Show/hide is possible. Deleting the stencil is also still possible in this mode.
