I recently upgraded from 7 to 7pro and Im noticing a lag,probably needing more power from the ryzen 7 and the 16 RAM I have and Lenovo integrated graphics. The 7 worked comfortably.How could I now also use version 7? that is to have both versions?

Your CPU should be capable of running R7 Pro without problems. However, the bottleneck could be the graphics. Have you tried to disable 'NanoPixel' in the visual settings (F9)? You can re-enable it at any time temporarily to check the look of your image or right before exporting - there will no difference in the end result. On my old computer, painting with 'NanoPixel' on was pretty much impossible, probably because of my cheap graphics card, otherwise it was working well. You can also just disable 'Pigments' mixing, and then you'd basically have R7 normal edition anyway. There's also the fractal setting for transform and resize, but these don't affect painting. As far as I know 'Liquify' will always use the fractal algorithm in 7 Pro - so that's the the only Pro feature you can't disable.
