I'm working in a document and the brushes aren't working, there's a dotted white square with a transparent grey background in the corner of the drawing area so I'm assuming that's the issue but I have no idea how to remove it. Please help.

Hifantazealia, If you refer to this symbol in the top left corner of the artwork: [img]https://www.escapemotions.com/community/uploads/posts/2024/11/42485/2024-11-26_10-11:22_unnamed.png[/img] ...please note this indicates there is an [b]active selection on your canvas[/b]. It might have been made inadvertently, and it is small so you do not see it. Just click [b]Ctrl+D[/b] (Cmd+D on macOS) to deselect or go to the Selection tool in the Tools panel and click Deselect all. Continue working with the brushes - they should be able to leave paint marks on the canvas. Let me know whether this helped or not.
