Hello, I hope someone can help me. I have tried to download the latest Rebelle 3.1.8, however, I can't seem to get through even after changing my password. I found out about the update after I got an email advising of the latest available download. I have gone directly via the email and by going directly through the website to no avail. I have tried to upgrade directly through the software as well, which takes me to the same web page, with no luck. Incidentally, I was able to log in to the website after I changed my password, but when I try to update I still get this error as follows: Download Rebelle We are sorry, the Username (or Email) and Password (or Registration Key) you entered were not found. [url=https://www.escapemotions.com/community/recover]Lost Password for Rebelle 3?[/url] [url=https://www.escapemotions.com/products/rebelle/lost_reg_key.php]Lost Registration Key for Rebelle 1 or 2?[/url] Also, is SmithMicro the same company as EscapeMotions? Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you C

Please disregard my inquiry above. I discovered the problem and I was able to resolve the issue. I use two browsers and it can get confusing sometimes. Sorry!
